Room to grow, without the tower

Minutes from Downtown Nashville, Riverside Station suits small companies looking to grow and companies needing to downsize out of a Downtown lease.

The open office space leases with direct access to shared common space — four conference rooms, restrooms, and a large break room. Parking is free and onsite, the entrance is dedicated, and security monitoring and Wi-Fi are included in the lease.

The main level seen from the mezzanine: a long reclaimed-wood work table running the length of the room beneath the exposed ceiling and its red steel trusses.

Built to Last

The lower level was built in 1937. The main level followed after the war, built by people using the construction designs they had learned at war. When the building was renovated, its own materials were reclaimed into what you work in now.

Before any of it, this was the Riverside Drive Church of Christ.
